2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization.
4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
5. Refund Processing: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund Options:

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, based on your preference.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

• Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
• Perishable goods, downloadable software, are non-returnable.
